2026 Steubenville Bus Trip

For many years, CCRNO sponsored a Summer Bus Trip for High School youth to the Youth Conferences on the main campus of Franciscan University of Steubenville. Over the years, the conferences spread out to satellite locations and fewer people from our area attended the main campus conference. CCRNO decided to end the annual summer bus trips after 2011. 

After much prayer and discernment, and a number of requests from local ministry leaders, we went back to campus in the Summer of 2023, 2024, and 2025.

We will return in 2026!

This year we will attend Main Campus Conference 2. The trip dates are June 25-June 29, 2026. The conference itself will take place that Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Each year tens of thousands of high school youth travel from all over the country to attend Steubenville Youth Conferences. (Participants must have finished at least 8th grade by May 2026; seniors graduating in Spring 2026 are invited to attend as well!) Join us for a weekend full of dynamic music, inspiring talks, beautiful liturgies, and great fellowship!

COST: This year's trip cost is $655. This includes all conference sessions and activities, housing, most meals, transportation, ministry throughout the bus rides, a CCRNO shirt, and a Conference shirt. This amount does not need to be paid all at once. A deposit of $200 is due with this form. A payment of $200 is due by Friday, April 10, 2026. Remaining balances are due by Friday, May 15, 2026.

Pay In Full: Anyone who pays IN FULL by Wednesday, March 11, 2026 receives a discount of $40, and will owe a total of $615 for the entire trip.

Due to our financial commitment to Franciscan University and the Bus Company, Deposits are non-refundable.

BONUS: This year's trip includes a brief pilgrimage made as part of our journey, to the Ark and the Dove Retreat House. This is the site recognized by the Church as the birthplace of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal. We will have both breakfast and lunch there (included in trip cost) on Friday, June 26, before we head about an hour away to our final destination in Steubenville. DISCOUNT: Discounts are offered for teens from the same immediate family. Please contact our office for info on how to register accordingly.

REFUNDS: Due to the financial commitments we make in arranging the trip, and the timeline on which we must make them, the deposit is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE. There can be no exceptions to this. As for additional amounts paid, there can be no refunds after Friday, May, 1, 2026.
