Early-Bird Registration Rate: $195 before Midnight, the night of Thursday, December 11, 2025. $230 after that. Registration deadline is Monday, January 19, 2026.
Early-Bird Commuter Rate: $130 (By Midnight, the night of Thursday, December 11, 2025). This rate does NOT include meals. Once we confirm our numbers with the hotel, you will not be allowed to purchase the onsite meals. $135 after Early-Bird deadline. Registration deadline is Monday, January 19, 2026.
Hotel Booking: If you are in need of booking hotel accommodations at the DoubleTree, please CLICK HERE in order to do so. You may register for your room(s) by phone as well if you wish by calling 800-222-8733. Our "special rate rooms" are sold out but you can book a room at the normal rate or there are many hotels close by to choose from.
Refunds: Requests made before December 17, 2025 at 5PM: Full refund available. After Dec 17 at 5PM: $90 charge required. After December 30, 2025 at 5PM: No refunds may be granted due to our financial commitment to the hotel, whose deadlines we do not control. Thank you for your understanding.
